Go to ‘Customers’
Your screen will look like this
Check future appointments only
This indicated only customers with future appointments will show up in your list
We will now filter by the artist who has a no show / cancellation
Select the artist that would like get a list of possible replacements
Select the type of cancellation this can be a no show or a cancellation.
No show = a customer that doesn’t show up on his appointment. So now you need somebody who can be there immediatly to replace him.
Cancelation = a customer that canceled on you very short notice. Now you need somebody who can be there tomorrow or the day after.
You will now see a list of all the clients who wish to be contacted upon e.g. no shows.
Now you can call the phone numbers of the clients to see who could possibly replace the no show customer.
You can also select cancelation to get a list of customers who only selected this option.
