To receive deposits online you must have connected Stripe with Tattoogenda!
WHEN WILL A BUTTON BE SHOWING INTO MY EMAIL(S)? #
As stated before you require at least the ‘Bigger studio’ plan to get a confirm appointment button into your appointment list email(s).
When a tattoo project is booked for your customer, later that same day an automatic email is sent with a list of their appointments, to that client.
In this email the required deposit ( e.g. €150 ) can be asked through a confirm appointment button.
This button takes the customer to a new page.
On the new page your customer is asked a few questions regarding no shows and cancellations.
A pay deposit button will take your customer through the Stripe payment system.
WHAT SYSTEM IS MY CUSTOMER GOING THROUGH #
Your customer will go through the following system.
When they click on the ‘Confirm appointment’ button in their email they will be taken to the following page.
Here the email address and phone will be prefilled as long as this has been filled out in their customer details.
They can choose to check the cancelation checkboxes to be notified when a timeframe opens up.
The customer can fill out these cancel options and click on the pay deposit button
This action will take them to a new screen where they can choose their payment method.
The customer needs to fill out these and click on the pay button
After this they will be taken to their chosen pay method screen and need to confirm the payment.
When the payment was successful the payment will show up into the project.
You can find it into the deposit logs or when you are making a payment for that appointment.
