How users can delete their data

Tattoogenda respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

Users who have connected their Tattoogenda account via the Facebook platform can request full deletion of their personal data at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete your account from within Tattoogenda (recommended)

Tattoogenda provides a built-in self-service account deletion feature.

Steps:

1. Log in to your Tattoogenda account

2. Go to  Settings > Administration

3. Scroll to bottom and find Delete Shop

4. Click Delete & confirm deletion

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.

This includes (where applicable):

• Personal profile information

• Connected social accounts

• App permissions

• Customer data

• Appointments and projects

• Communication history

• Any data obtained via Facebook Login

• POS history
• Consent forms
• Ink Passports

Deletion is irreversible.

Option 2: Request deletion via email

If you no longer have access to your Tattoogenda account, you may request data deletion by email.

Send an email to:

Please include:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your Tattoogenda account

• A clear request for account and data deletion

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and always within the legally required timeframe.

What happens after deletion?

• All personal data is permanently removed from Tattoogenda systems

• Any Facebook-related access tokens or permissions are revoked

• Data cannot be recovered after deletion

• No data is retained beyond legal obligations (if applicable)
