- Our POS System
POS that gets you
Processing payments, without the hassle
What Is a POS System?
A POS (Point of Sale) system is a payment terminal that allows businesses to accept (card) payments, similar to the systems you see in most retail stores or cafés. However, Tattoogenda’s POS is specifically designed for tattoo studios. It’s not just a standalone card reader—it’s directly linked to your booking system and runs in your browser, allowing you to process payments, manage appointments, and track sales all in one place.
Why Use a Tattoo Studio POS System?
Our POS system is a payment terminal directly linked to your booking system, running seamlessly in your browser. This means you can easily accept card payments, track client bookings, and manage your appointments all from one place—no need for separate systems or complex setups.
Tattoogenda’s POS isn’t just about processing payments; it’s designed specifically for tattoo studios. It integrates effortlessly with your existing workflow, reducing the chances of errors and making everything more efficient. This means less time spent on admin and more time spent focusing on your craft and building stronger relationships with your clients.
Tattoogenda's Tattoo Studio POS
In many tattoo studios with multiple artists, managing payments and ensuring accurate bookkeeping used to be a challenge. Each artist would use their own payment terminal, leading to discrepancies in payments and mismatches with the studio’s accounting. This created extra administrative work and confusion when the figures didn’t align.
With Tattoogenda’s integrated POS system, this problem is eliminated. Now, the payment terminal is controlled directly through Tattoogenda, ensuring the bookkeeping is always accurate. Artists can no longer enter incorrect data, and daily checks of the terminal are a thing of the past. As a studio manager, you no longer need to worry about incorrect payments or discrepancies between card payments and your accounting. You can run your studio with peace of mind, knowing everything is organized and correct.
