1. Introduction

Tattoogenda is a software platform designed for tattoo studios and artists to manage appointments, customers, communication,  studio administration. It provides a POS system and an omnichannel inbox.

By creating an account or logging in using Facebook Login, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data & Privacy

Tattoogenda processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Users can delete their account and all associated data at any time from within the application.

4. Third-Party Services

Tattoogenda may integrate with third-party services such as Facebook, Stripe, Bird, or email providers to enable specific features.

5. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time via the account settings. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tattoogenda is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
