Juridische zaken
Vraagt je klanten of ze ermee instemmen dat hun tatoeage door jou wordt gezet, of ze de risico's begrijpen, of ze verklaren geen huidproblemen of ziekten te hebben, enz.
Juiste spelling
Laat je klant de juiste spelling, juiste datum, enz. voor zijn tatoeage invullen.
Als er zich ooit een probleem voordoet, kun je dit ingevulde toestemmingsformulier gebruiken om aan te tonen dat ze jou de spelling zo hebben aangeleverd.
Allergieën
Vraag je klant of hij allergisch is voor bijvoorbeeld latex. Zo ja, dan zie je dat op het profiel van je klant, zodat je weet dat je in plaats daarvan best nitril handschoenen gebruikt.
Als je beter voor je klanten wilt zorgen, ze goed wilt informeren, geautomatiseerde herinneringen wilt versturen, het aantal no-shows wilt verminderen en je beoordelingen wilt laten groeien -> TG is iets voor jou.
Afhankelijk van het abonnement dat je kiest, kun je 1 of meer artiesten toevoegen.
Voor reizende artiesten: je kunt meerdere shops toevoegen zodat je al je kalenders tegelijk kunt zien.
Voor studio's: je kunt meerdere artiesten toevoegen aan je shop.
Ga naar artiesten, kies je artiest en kies 'bewerken'.
Op het tabblad 'financieel & planning' kun je nu een gastspotperiode toevoegen door een begindatum en een einddatum te selecteren.
Deze periode verschijnt nu als een horizontale balk, in de kleur van je artiest, bovenaan je agenda. Deze balk laat zien waar je boekingen kunt maken.
Log in op TG, ga naar Instellingen > Beheer.
Op het tabblad 'Facturering' kun je vrij upgraden of downgraden.
TG heeft geen dure hardware nodig. Alles draait vanuit de browser. Als u wilt betalen met een van onze pinterminals, kunt u deze bestellen voor 199€ + BTW.
We raden je ten zeerste aan om dit te doen, zodat je nooit meer fouten maakt bij het invoeren van betalingen. Dit vermindert je gefactureerde boekhouduren enorm.
