Tattoogenda's Aftercare Form: How Does it Work?
- Client Fills Out the Digital Consent Form
- Complete the Ink Passport
Your artist finalizes the Ink Passport, ensuring all details are in place. - All-in-One Email
Once both steps are done, Tattoogenda automatically sends an email to the client. This email bundles the completed consent form, detailed aftercare instructions, and the Ink Passport—all in one go. - Customize Your Aftercare Form
You can stick with our pre-made (GGD approved) aftercare form or upload your own version. Because, really, who doesn’t love options?
What's In Our Pre-Made Aftercare Form?
- Foil Wrap Care: Aftercare info for clients when a foil wrap is used.
- Second Skin Care: Aftercare info for clients when second skin is used.
- Activities to Avoid: Key things NOT to do during healing.
- Normal Signs: What to expect during normal tattoo healing.
- Abnormal Signs (Infection): How to spot signs that might indicate an infection.
- Infection Response: What the client should do if an infection occurs.
- Allergy Indicators: Recognizing signs of an allergic reaction.
- Early Allergy Action: Steps to take if an allergic reaction happens in the first days.
Our premade aftercare form follows the default guidelines set by the Dutch public health system. However, we understand that our users come from various regions, so you have the flexibility to either use this form or upload your own customized version.

Where Can You Find It?
Go to ‘consent forms’ and click ‘tattoo settings’. Scroll all the way down.
There you can tick the box to send an aftercare form with the automatic consent form email.
If you choose to send one, you can use our pre-made aftercare form, or just upload your own.
