Parmi les tatoueurs impressionnants que nous avons rencontr\u00e9s \u00e0 la Brussels Tattoo Convention, il y avait Roman Vainer.<\/p>

Roman Vainer est un tatoueur r\u00e9aliste qui travaille dans le secteur depuis un certain temps d\u00e9j\u00e0 - il a commenc\u00e9 en 2008 ! Son parcours a cependant commenc\u00e9 bien plus t\u00f4t, \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 12 ans. \u00c0 l'\u00e2ge de 12 ans, Roman est entr\u00e9 en contact avec des rockstars et des groupes par le biais de photos et de vid\u00e9os, comme tout enfant de 12 ans. C'est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 qu'il a \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9 et qu'il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu'il deviendrait un jour tatoueur. Heureusement pour lui, sa m\u00e8re l'a soutenu !<\/p>

Il a pris l'initiative d'acheter du mat\u00e9riel de tatouage professionnel qu'il a trouv\u00e9 dans des magazines et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s'exercer sur lui-m\u00eame et sur son fr\u00e8re. Apr\u00e8s quelques semaines, il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de commencer \u00e0 tatouer d'autres personnes, m\u00eame si son travail n'\u00e9tait pas tr\u00e8s bon. Il ne s'est pas souci\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 de son travail, car il avait besoin de s'entra\u00eener. Apr\u00e8s tout, c'est en pratiquant qu'on progresse, n'est-ce pas ?<\/p>

Il a fallu \u2018\u20192 ans de travaux horribles\u2019\u2019 jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'un autre artiste tatoueur (plus \u00e9tabli) le trouve et demande \u00e0 Roman s'il \u00e9tait pr\u00eat \u00e0 travailler pour lui.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

il serait int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par une collaboration avec lui.<\/p>

Roman a accept\u00e9 et cet artiste est devenu son premier mentor. Il est rest\u00e9 avec lui pendant deux ans, puis a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre sa route seul. Aujourd'hui, il g\u00e8re sa propre boutique en Russie avec son fr\u00e8re.<\/p>

Il convient de mentionner que Roman nous a dit qu'il avait perdu beaucoup d'ann\u00e9es \u00e0 apprendre comment \u00eatre professionnel, comment d\u00e9sinfecter correctement, les types d'aiguilles, etc... Roman nous a dit qu'il avait enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques personnes, son premier apprenti \u00e9tant sa femme, Kate Vainer. Ensuite, il a enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 \u2018quelques gars\u2019.<\/p>

Il a d\u00e9couvert que l'enseignement est une exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9ressante, car vous pouvez apprendre des personnes qui veulent apprendre de vous.<\/p>

Selon lui, Roman est un bon professeur, mais il ne le fera pas souvent. S'il devait prendre des apprentis sans arr\u00eat, cela l'emp\u00eacherait de grandir et d'apprendre en tant qu'artiste.<\/p>

Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s covides que connaissent presque toutes les entreprises du monde, il est plut\u00f4t satisfait de g\u00e9rer sa propre boutique. Il nous a m\u00eame dit qu'il pensait que certains artistes \u00e9taient meilleurs que lui, mais que c'\u00e9tait parce qu'ils avaient appris \u00e0 son contact !<\/p>

Lorsqu'on lui a demand\u00e9 s'il y avait quelque chose qui l'ennuyait dans le fait de g\u00e9rer son propre magasin, il nous a r\u00e9pondu :<\/p>

\u2018\u2019Parfois, les clients, oui, ils boivent votre sang\u2019\u2019<\/strong> et a poursuivi en disant que il est en fait compr\u00e9hensif. Il est normal que les clients aient parfois mille questions \u00e0 poser<\/strong>, surtout si c'est la premi\u00e8re fois qu'ils se font tatouer et qu'ils ne connaissent rien au secteur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Roman nous a \u00e9galement confi\u00e9 que sa machine \u00e0 tatouer pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est celle de la marque Dragonfly. C'est un tatoueur parmi d'autres qui a commenc\u00e9 avec des machines \u00e0 bobines, alors quand il a utilis\u00e9 une machine Dragonfly pour la premi\u00e8re fois... c'\u00e9tait comme un moment \u2018HALLELUJAH\u2019 pour lui.<\/p>

Actuellement, il utilise un stylo \u00e0 flux, simplement parce qu'il n'y a pas de c\u00e2bles pour l'\u00e9trangler.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

D'accord, il ne nous a pas vraiment dit qu'il \u00e9tait introverti, mais il s'est ouvert sur le fait qu'il a du mal \u00e0 entrer en contact avec de nouvelles personnes. Il n'aime tout simplement pas cela parce que c'est difficile pour son esprit, mais il comprend que c'est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, alors il fait ce qu'il peut - il essaie.<\/p>

Roman nous a dit qu'il essayait vraiment d'\u00eatre plus doux et ouvert aux gens et aux clients en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Il s'inqui\u00e8te du fait que de nombreux tatoueurs sont \u2018ferm\u00e9s\u2019 aux clients.<\/strong> Il pense que les artistes doivent \u00eatre ouverts \u00e0 tous, m\u00eame si les clients viennent avec beaucoup de questions \u2018stupides\u2019. En tant que tatoueurs, c'est votre travail. Vous \u00eates un mentor m\u00eame pour vos clients, car tout le monde n'est pas aussi bien inform\u00e9.<\/strong> C'est un moyen de faire entrer de nouvelles personnes dans cette grande industrie !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dans l'ensemble, Roman Vainer est un artiste d\u00e9vou\u00e9 et travailleur, qui cherche toujours \u00e0 s'am\u00e9liorer et \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper dans l'industrie.<\/p>
