APPOINTMENT REMINDER CONFIGURATION

TIP
As a studio you will have your own deposit rules.
To make sure you do not trigger people to cancel and keep their deposit,
you can set this past the time limit of your deposit rules.

par exemple.
Your studio has the policy that ‘deposits are not returned when canceled within 48h before the appointment’.
In this case you want to remind them past those 48h to make sure you do not trigger cancel behavior.
You could set your reminder on 24h before their appointment.

Sur votre schéma, cliquez sur ‘Appointment reminder’.

""

Vous verrez le symbole ‘Appointment reminder’ apparaissent avec un bouton de basculement et un champ de saisie.

Toggle on the appointment reminder.

Notice that on your schematic it has turned white.

""

Fill out how many hours before the appointment the appointment reminder email should be send out.
( e.g. In this example we’ve set it to 24 hours )
