# Find replacement customers

Go to**'Customers'**

Your screen will look like this

**Check**future appointments only

This indicated only customers with future appointments will show up in your list

We will now**filter by the artist**who has a no show / cancellation

**Select the artist**that would like get a list of possible replacements

**Select the type of cancellation**this can be a no show or a cancellation.
**No show** = a customer that doesn't show up on his appointment. So now you need somebody who can be there immediatly to replace him.
**Cancelation** = a customer that canceled on you very short notice. Now you need somebody who can be there tomorrow or the day after.

You will now see a list of all the clients who wish to be contacted upon **e.g. no shows**.
Now you can call the phone numbers of the clients to see who could possibly replace the no show customer.
You can also select cancelation to get a list of customers who only selected this option.
